Ubuntu HK loco team, HKLUG and OpenSource.HK co-organise a user meetup for Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, and celebrate this latest LTS release. This event is aka Open Source Workshop #6 (May 2012).
Ubuntu 香港社群團隊、香港 Linux 用家協會、及 OpenSource.HK 一同為 Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 推出而舉辦用家聚會，和慶祝這個最新版本。這活動亦是 Open Source Workshop #6 (May 2012)。
- share your experiences on Ubuntu installation and Q&A
- 5-min lightning talks, post up your topics if you wanna speak.
- assist newbies to install Ubuntu 12.04 (pls prepare your notebook, power supply and install media)
- discussion: Unity vs Gnome Shell vs Other desktop enviornments.
- optionally having dinner and chit-chat together.
- meeting old friends, making new friends, building your own social network.

- assist newbies to install Linux on their own laptops, tell and discuss why and how to use open source / Linux to/with newbies.
- meeting old friends, making new friends, building your own social network.
- optionally having dinner together after workshops and chit-chat!
